We enjoy watching our clients make their home their own. Our buyer, Shane, is a practicing healer and has been working out of a bedroom in his home since we helped him purchase it. Given the nature of what he does he dreamed of moving it out into its own space separate from the energy of his home. In researching affordable options to build an ADU (Alternative Dwelling Unit) on his property he came across StudioShed. He was able to purchase a kit that shipped everything, but the drywall and hire a contractor to build the foundation, assemble the kit, and finish it out including the utilities.
