Yeah! Congrats to our happy buyers. These buyers moved from Asheville to out-of-state during the pandemic and were now anxious to return home to Lakeview Park. From a distance, we were able to help them view this amazing home the day it went on the market and made them feel comfortable making an offer. The process was quick and competitive, but they boldly won out in the end. And speaking of quick, we had two weeks from the contract to close to get all their inspections done and negotiate repairs.
