SOLD | North Asheville Contemporary by William Moore
Yeah! It is always a fulfilling day for us when a unique and special home changes ownership from our grateful seller to a new eager buyer. This unique architectural home drew both fast attention and offers from buyers given its sophisticated, creative and playful spirit. Mark, our seller, had brought it to life both functionally and aesthetically with his own mindfully artistic eye. He has now stewarded it forward to equally admiring owners who noted, “Architect William Moore created a human nest. A space for people to recharge in and amongst lifes’ natural rhythms — birds singing, leaves blooming and falling, the sun rising and setting. Every choice in its architecture is an invitation to be part of it all.” Thank you to William Moore and Mark for allowing us to part of this special home story here in Asheville. We are most grateful for the experience. Cheers to all!

Once he completed the home he sold the plans to be duplicated and the home was featured in Southern Living Magazine as seen in the images below.
