We are deep into Fall and have had some near freezing temps here which means fireplaces are back in use. I know that is true at Kelly’s home and my own. We both love the clean and simple drama of our mid-century fireplaces. Kelly’s is stone leading up to a vaulted post and beam ceiling and ours is asymmetrical patterned, painted brick surrounded by tongue and groove walls.
