This week continues Modern Asheville Real Estate‘s first quarter upward trend. We closed on homes for one buyer and one seller this week. One of our mid-century clients traded in their groovy pad for a right-sized, rustic retreat and one of our investors lightened their rental property load while the market was in full swing.  And did we mention we were able to get another buyer and seller under contract at the same time? With two full days left this week who knows what we will get done. Cheers to us!
