Updating the Eighties and Nineties

Often some of the 80’s and 90’s contemporary and open living homes are overlooked for updating. Currently, we have some design-minded clients remodeling one such home nestled in the North Asheville woods. I, also, have updated an 80’s condo in the past and really loved the open and layered layout as seen above. Here is a recent article from one of our feeds on another such remodel that turned out cool and clean. There are many 90’s transitional styled homes with open layouts that function well, but require a refresh. I hope it inspires you to take another look at similar properties.
