Modern American Poetry | Good Morning Folks. I’m choosing to take you on a subjective diversion this morning into the world of modern-day poetry and animation which are two art forms I’ve never highlighted before. But as I sit awake {as often I do at this hour} listening to the winds of both extreme weather and political candidates it is a moment that requires extreme diversions as a counterpoint or, perhaps, simply getting lost in the “everyday” as poet Billy Collins offers in this 2012 TedX talk. During unsettling times I find that art in many forms can ground us in our in the beauty of humanity. Please enjoy this humorous and entertaining TED TALK here.

This clean white kitchen is one of my most favorite styles of kitchens and typical of what you would see in a modernized architectural home. I thought it might be worth sharing this video today prior to the home tour to give you some thoughts to consider while touring other new and designed homes.
