The home’s rich wood floors and fresh paintset the stage for this fun 1959 retro home with well-preserved original kitchen and baths. The versatile, finished walk-out basement could be a studio, family room or made into an apartment with outside entrance. On the exterior the home has lush, artistic gardens full of interesting plantings and garden art that transition throughout the seasons.

Yesterday, we closed on this super cool mid-century home for our buyers who were looking for a spacious pad near Beaver Lake. Though there were hurdles it was a great team effort from everyone and we persevered to the finish line and handed them their keys last evening. We are so happy for them. and can’t wait for their first lounge party. Cheers!
