Congrats to all the designers who were selected as prize winners this year in the NCModernists Matsumoto Prize competition. The juried competition recognizes excellence in North Carolina Modernist Residential Design. It is exciting for us to see all the great designs both locally and statewide. CLOSED | One Closing on Two Investment Homes

Congrats to one our local investment buyer for closing on these two new built homes in central Asheville. Using a 1031 Exchange we were able to help him find and secure both these quality built homes at once which isn’t an easy task in today’s competitive market. We closed them within a week of his tax savings deadline thanks to a team effort that included the selling agent, builder and us all working together to make this happen. Cheers and thanks to all!
