Yesterday, while running around collecting signs and lockboxes and helping two different sellers empty their homes last minute {plus a buyer walk-thru} it was fun to catch a glimpse of this stack of our signs. Having 3 Sellers and 3 Buyers closing in a small period of time could seem simple. However, even with our 30 years of collective experience between us and streamlining the process along the way there are always unique circumstances to each sale and you never know what you may find yourself doing to finish the job. We love the energy, it makes for fun memories and we feel good having went the extra mile for our folks. Grateful. Cheers!
Congrats to our lovely neighbors and clients, Jane and Dan, for both closing on and saying good bye to their warm and loved home in Lakeview Park here in North Asheville. This is the third home we have sold for them. Each one has benefited from their ownership adding their own quality and playful creative stamp to everything they touch.
