Happy Sunday! Whether you follow color trends or not it is always interesting to see what comes up every year with home decor and home fashions. The last few years black and grays have dominated it seems, however, pinks, plumbs and beiges have snuck back in from our memories of the 1980’s. Yeah! Congrats to our excited sellers! The sale of their loved and mindfully updated home couldn’t have gone quicker or smoother. The family had originally hired Samsel Architects to expand this rancher making it into the cool crafted family home it is today. They have made a lot of memories here. Now, having garnered a bit over list price, they are able to move their family to a new locally community they love and found an architectural contemporary home for their new nest.
