Recently, our friend Greg McGuffey of Earthtone Builders posted about a concrete house he built almost ten years ago shown below. We have helped several Deck Houses change hands in the Asheville area including the 1972 model that Kelly and Chett live in. Deck Houses are definitely one of our favorite modern styled kit homes to have found their way to our area from the sixties to eighties.
