Cork floors are rather unique and people either love them or hate them it seems. Kelly and I both chose to put in cork flooring on the basement level of our midcentury homes for the warmth, acoustics and the look. Yeah! We are very happy for our sellers who just closed their townhome. They love Haw Creek, but wanted to return to the privacy and outdoor space of a single family home in the same area.
