We love selling unique properties and have ability to navigate the challenges they may bring. It is nice to hear our sellers think so, too.
The River Arts District is one of my favorite places to take a stroll along the river, find creative inspiration in art and food. It is hard to imagine Asheville without it. Our friend Constance Richards recently wrote this overview article about it here. Enjoy and please stop by and support our local artists and business owners.
“Today visitors to the RAD can visit artists at work, take a class, acquire an object d’art from its maker, and grab a bite and beer. On the second Saturday of every month, the River Arts District hosts its Second Saturday event, featuring gallery walks with demonstrations, workshops, live music, wine tastings, delicious food, and more. Visitors can check out as many studios in one day as possible, aided by free trolley rides between the 23 buildings spanning the two square miles or so that compose the district”.
Happy 4th of July! Let's come together to celebrate our nation's independence and cherish the rich diversity that makes our country and community so vibrant and strong. Enjoy the festivities, stay safe, and let freedom ring! Cheers! Kelly and Troy
Cheers to both the Buyer and the Seller on this amazing downtown condo. We were fortunate enough to represent and bring both sides together on this one. Selling a condo at full market value involves effectively showcasing its uniqueness in the overall downtown market through our storytelling, captivating photography and agent accompanied showings. We highlight all the advantages of a particular condo home. Our tailored strategy not only captures attention but positions the condo as a compelling investment or lifestyle opportunity to ensure a successful sale at its peak market value. Given this we were able to attract an enthusiastic buyer at the right time. Cheers to all of you for such a smooth transition.
We love selling wonderful properties such as this. Give us a call to show you how we can provide tailored marketing for your property. Cheers! Kelly and Troy
This beautifully designed home balances contemporary drama with comfort, thanks to the expertise of designer Susan Chancey. The steep sloped lot provided a unique challenge that was embraced rather than avoided. The dramatic elements of the design were accentuated through the use of contrasting colors, textures, and key fixtures, while comfort was ensured with soft fabrics and rounded edges. To gain more insight into Susan Chancey's design philosophy and approach, you can refer to Lauren Stepp's article in Caroline Home and Garden here.
Congrats to our out-of-town buyers! Like many of our out-of-state buyers, these folks wanted something they could rent for a few years until they moved to the Asheville area permanently. Driving the county and through videos and face-time we were able to scout out the one after several attempts. As always, we then oversaw the inspection process which led to getting estimates from multiple vendors and negotiating a credit during a two-week due diligence period. Whew! The buyers are thrilled and can stop dreaming of having a place here and can now enjoy the benefits and the equity of owning a home here. Cheers to them!
This sunny Kenilworth lot is cleared and ready for your cool, urban home. This lot is perfectly convenient located just off Biltmore avenue and between downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village. Easy build for a multilevel new home with walk out basement. Access drive in place on south side of lot for getting to back of home. City Utilities. Property markers and flags in place. Come and take a look!
Give us a shout for more information or to schedule a visit. Cheers! Kelly and Troy

I’m currently looking at counter options for my vintage 1950’s kitchen and I’m trying to find a balance between something original and modern. Likely that will be a quartz of some sort. Dwell recently crafted some advice to help us all out. To read the article go HERE.
Congrats to our sellers! This sweet cottage they affectionately named after one of their mothers. The loved making it into a cozy short term rental for visitors to enjoy. Needing to move on to other things they asked us to help them sell it in the easiest way possible and to recoup their expenses. We attracted a buyer from out of state who bought it furnished for almost full price to live in and enjoy. It was a win/win for everyone. Cheers!
