Yeah! Congrats to our sellers! They recently closed on the sale of their amazing piece of paradise in Marshall having already relocated to another cool property on the French Broad River in Marshall. We helped them acquire both. It has been an amazing journey helping these Texas/Colorado folks find their permanent nest in our area over the past couple of years during the pandemic. Yeah! Congrats to our happy buyers. These buyers moved from Asheville to out-of-state during the pandemic and were now anxious to return home to Lakeview Park. From a distance, we were able to help them view this amazing home the day it went on the market and made them feel comfortable making an offer. Here is what the buyer’s shared about us. Living in Seattle and trying to buy a home in Asheville is challenging.
