Yeah! Congrats to our sellers! They recently closed on the sale of their amazing piece of paradise in Marshall having already relocated to another cool property on the French Broad River in Marshall. Yeah! Congrats to our happy buyers. These buyers moved from Asheville to out-of-state during the pandemic and were now anxious to return home to Lakeview Park. From a distance, we were able to help them view this amazing home the day it went on the market and made them feel comfortable making an offer. The process was quick and competitive, but they boldly won out in the end. And speaking of quick, we had two weeks from the contract to close to get all their inspections done and negotiate repairs. Here is what the buyer’s shared about us. Living in Seattle and trying to buy a home in Asheville is challenging. We determined early on that we would probably not be able to see the home in person but would need to rely on someone we could trust to do that for us. A close friend recommended Troy and Kelly.
