Good Morning Folks! It is that time of year again to VOTE for your favorite modernist house in North Carolina. This year Asheville has 3 homes in the running. Yeah! Prizes will be given for first, second, and third, selected by the public through online voting. You are limited to one vote per e-mail address. However, if you want to vote more than once, say from a home email and a work email, that's fine. Voting closes Wednesday, July 3, at 5pm EST.The award ceremony is 6-8pm, July 25 at McConnell Studios, 324 Dupont Circle, Raleigh NC.

What a beautiful day it was in Asheville to experience even more beautiful homes. Thanks to all the homeowners, architects, designers and builders who hosted at the open homes yesterday. We truly appreciate your participation as we know all the patrons did as well. To all -- feel free to share your photos with us to better capture the experience.
