Our team recently closed on two homes for two different Asheville home buyers. Amanda kindly assisted the above buyers into a bright and cheerful new built home within the competitive West Asheville market. And Kelly helped wrangle the below Lakeview Park modern remodel into the hands of our buyers just before hitting the market. Yeah! You have to be diligent in today's Asheville Real Estate market. Atomic Ranch's House Hunting Tips | Our beloved Atomic Ranch national magazine just recently published an article on how to find a realtor to help you with your mid-century house hunting. Guess what? Asheville was featured, along with, images of one of our most recent sales shown above.

Here is a snippet: When buying a mid-century home, it is rare that the home won’t have any problems. Mid-century homes have beautiful architecture and indoor elements, but sometimes with age, certain parts of the house can cause a few issues. “While knowing history and aesthetics are important, the agent should be able to help advise or have resources for helping clients deal with these items effectively and with respect to the architecture,” Troy and Kelly say.
