Yeah! We just closed on the second of two modern cottages designed by local Rusafova Markulis Architects. The homes brought a nice price per sqft in the Black Mountain market. It shows you what good value good design can bring to a home. The simple and efficient homes brought warmth and charm to modern design with their Danish modern styling.
