Yeah! This week we closed on this unique property for our buyers. This 70's church located in West Asheville had recently been converted into an open space, single family residence. Like many of our clients they were simplifying their life from a much larger mid-century home to this 2000 sqft one level living space. Easy! We love our clients and the places they take us.
