Yeah! We just closed on the second of two modern cottages designed by local Rusafova Markulis Architects. The homes brought a nice price per sqft in the Black Mountain market. Yeah! We closed 4 homes for both sellers and buyers last week. This sweet mountain escape will become a loved permanent nest for Jeff and Jeffrey, first time buyers, who will bring further healing energy to the mountains of WNC.
